1. Ticket Purchase
By purchasing tickets through this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. All ticket sales are final and subject to availability.
2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
- Promotional discounts are applied automatically at checkout
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- You will receive a confirmation email upon successful purchase
3. Ticket Validity
- Tickets are valid only for the date and time slot selected
- Annual passes are valid for 12 months from the date of first use
- Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated
4. Entry Requirements
- You must present your digital ticket (email confirmation) at entry
- Valid photo ID may be required for concession tickets
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
5. Refund Policy
- Tickets are generally non-refundable
- Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability (contact us at least 48 hours before your visit)
- In case of zoo closure due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets will be rescheduled or refunded
6. Visitor Conduct
All visitors must:
- Follow all zoo rules and staff instructions
- Not disturb or feed animals unless authorized
- Not bring outside food and beverages (water bottles permitted)
- Supervise children at all times
7. Photography
Personal photography is permitted throughout the zoo. Commercial photography requires prior written permission.
8. Liability
Australia Zoo is not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
- Injuries resulting from visitor negligence
- Changes to show times or animal availability
9. Weather
The zoo operates in all weather conditions. No refunds are provided due to weather. We recommend checking the forecast and dressing appropriately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
